利多卡因雾化吸入法在支气管镜检查中应用研究

摘要

目的：探选择利多卡因在支气管镜检查中的三种麻醉方法，对比研究利多卡因雾化吸入法的效果。方法选择患者76例，予电子支气管镜检查，随机分组，分别是含漱法（NEB）组、雾化吸入法（SPR）组、镜下滴注法（BI）组，记录咳嗽、憋喘次数客观评估局麻效果。结果雾化吸入法（NEB）组患者咳嗽次数，及支气管痉挛呼吸暂停次数最少。结论NEB（雾化吸入法）是支气管镜检查中首选的麻醉方法，作用最佳。%Objective To select lidocaine in bronchoscopy in three anesthesia , comparative study of the effect of lidocaine inhalation method.
