阿米替林联合多潘立酮治疗功能性消化不良的临床疗效分析

摘要

目的：观察多潘立酮联合阿米替林治疗功能性消化不良临床疗效。方法对照组给予多潘立酮；观察组给予多潘立酮加阿米替林。连续治疗1个月。比较两组临床疗效和症状变化。结果观察组总有效率显著优于对照组（P＜0.05）；治疗后，指标评分明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论多潘立酮联合阿米替林治疗功能性消化不良临床疗效良好。%Objective To observe the Domperidone combined amitriptyline in the treatment of functional dyspepsia clinical efifcacy. Methods More than the control group given Domperidone, Observation group was given Domperidone and amitriptyline. 1 months in a row. Two groups of clinical curative effect and symptoms.ResultsThe total effective rate was signiifcantly superior to control group (P<0.05). After the treatment, the index score was significantly better than the control group (P<0.05). ConclusionDomperidone combined amitriptyline in the treatment of functional dyspepsia clinical curative effect is good.
