整体护理在急诊糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者中的作用探讨

摘要

Objective To explore the application of analysis of the overall effects of the emergency care of patients with diabetic ketoacidosis. MethodsJuly 2012~July 2014, 100 cases in our hospital emergency department for the study of patients with diabetic ketoacidosis, which along with its divided into two groups, namely the control group and the observation group. For the control group were treated with conventional methods of care for patients in the observation group holistic nursing, therapeutic effects were observed in both groups of patients.Results After different methods of care, clinical observation and control groups, respectively, the total effective rate was 96.0%, 84.0%, there are signiifcant differences, with statistical significance (P<0.05), with statistical signiifcance.Conclusion The overall nursing in emergency patients with diabetic ketoacidosis, with good clinical results and satisfaction, worthy of promotion and use in clinical practice.%目的：分析整体护理在急诊糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者中的应用效果。方法选取2012年7月～2014年7月我院收治100例急诊糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者为研究对象，将其随机分为两组，即对照组和观察组。对对照组患者采用常规护理方法，对观察组患者采用整体护理方法，观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果经过不同的护理方法之后，观察组和对照组的临床总有效率分别为96.0%、84.0%，存在明显的差异性，具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论整体护理在急诊糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者中的应用，具有良好的临床效果以及满意度。
