胃癌患者胃大部切除术后伴随化疗的护理指导

摘要

Objective To summarize effective nursing measures for patients with gastric cancer after subtotal gastrectomy and the nursing in course of chemotherapy after surgery.Methods 50 cases of patients with subtotal gastrectomy in hospital, through clinical observation, nursing records in details, feedback information collected, then summary and arrange them. ResultsOnly one patient had postoperative gastroplegia in selected 50 patients, and the remaining 49 cases of patients left hospital after surgery with no postoperative complications.Conclusion Comprehensive care measures can promote the rehabilitation of patients with gastric cancer after surgery and short recovery time, and improve the efficiency of care and guidance signiifcantly.%目的：总结胃癌患者胃大部切除术后的有效护理措施及在术后化疗期间的护理。方法选取行胃大部切除术住院患者50例，临床观察并作详细的护理记录护理结果、反馈信息加以整理总结。结果所选的50例患者在术后仅有1例出现胃瘫，其余49例术后未出现并发症均正常出院，出院后按期化疗，期间也未出现不良反应。结论综合护理指导的显效率。
