系统护理干预对支气管哮喘患者治疗依从性和复发的影响

摘要

Objective To discuss the influence of system nursing intervention on treatment of compliance and recurrence in patients with bronchial asthma.Methods 64 patients with bronchial asthma were randomly divided into observation group(n=32) and control group(n=32), patients in observation group were given system of nursing intervention measures, patients in control group were given routine nursing of respiratory, and observed the adherence and compound of two groups before and after the nursing.ResultsThe treatment adherence of observation group was better than the control group, there was a signiifcant difference(P<0.05). The recurrence rates of observation group for 3 months and 6 months were lower than the control group, there was a significant difference(P<0.05). ConclusionNursing intervention can improve the treatment compliance of patients with bronchial asthma, reduce the recurrence rate and improve the patient's quality of life.%目的：探讨系统护理干预对支气管哮喘患者治疗依从性和复发的影响。方法64例支气管哮喘患者随机分为观察组与对照组各32例，观察组患者给予系统的护理干预措施，对照组患者给予呼吸科常规护理，观察两组患者护理前后的治疗依从性和复发情况。结果干预后观察组患者治疗依从性好于对照组，两组相比差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组患者3个月和6个月的复发率均低于对照组，两组相比差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论系统护理干预可以提高支气管哮喘患者的治疗依从性，降低复发率，改善患者的生活质量。
