甲硝唑液冲洗剖腹产术后伤口预防感染的效果观察

摘要

目的：本文就甲硝唑液冲洗剖腹产术后伤口预防感染治疗的临床价值进行研究。方法选择我院自2012年5月～2014年1月期间收治的剖腹产患者70例，将其平均分为实验组和对照组，两组患者均35例，实验组采用甲硝唑液冲洗剖腹产术后伤口，进行缝合治疗，对照组直接进行缝合治疗。对两组患者的伤口治疗效果，感染发生率及生活质量评分进行观察和统计。结果实验组患者治疗总有效率明显高于对照组患者（P＜0.05）；实验组患者感染发生率明显低于对照组患者（P＜0.05）；实验组患者生活质量评分高于对照组患者（P＜0.05）。结论甲硝唑液冲洗剖腹产术后伤口预防感染的效果显著，有效改善了患者的生活质量。%ObjectiveTo study the clinical effect on washing wound after cesarean section with metronidazole liquid to prevent infection.Methods 70 patients after cesarean section from May 2012 to January 2014 in our hospital were selected into experimental group with and control groups, the wound of 35 patients in experimental group were closed after washing wound after cesarean section with metronidazole liquid, the wound of control group were closed. The effect of wound treatment, the infection rate and life quality scores were observed and made statistical analysis.Results The total efficiency of patients in experimental group was significantly higher than control group (P<0.05), the incidence of infection of patients in the experimental group was signiifcantly lower than the control group patients (P<0.05), the life quality scores of patients in the experimental group was signiifcantly higher than control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect on washing wound after cesarean section with metronidazole liquid to prevent infection is obvious. It can improve the quality of life of patients effectively.
