腺苷钴胺治疗多发性神经炎的效果研究

摘要

目的研究多发性神经炎应用腺苷钴胺治疗的临床疗效。方法选取我院2012年12月～2013年12月间收治的多发性神经炎患者42例，实验组应用腺苷钴胺肌注治疗，对照组应用常规药物治疗，对比两组治疗效果。结果实验组总有效率（95.45%）相较于对照组（80.00%）明显较高，两组患者治疗效果差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论多发性神经炎应用腺苷钴胺治疗疗效确切，治愈率高，安全可行。%ObjectiveTo study clinical effect of adenosylcobalamin to multiple neuritis.Methods 42 patients with multiple neuritis from December 2012 to December 2013 in our hospital were selected into two groups, the patients in experimental group were treated with adenosylcobalamin treatment, while the patients in control group were treated with conventional medication treatment, and then the treatment effects between two groups were compared.Results The total effect rate in experimental group (95.45%) was higher than that in control group (80.00%) significantly, the difference of therapeutic efficacy between two groups was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of adenosylcobalamin to multiple neuritis is obvious. The treatment is safe and feasible. It is worthy to be promoted widespread.
