浅谈CT造影剂的注射方式和循环过程

摘要

Intravenation of CT contrast agent is widely used in our daily work. The research analyzes the staging,injection methods, and the cyclic processes of CT contrast agent. And it also discusses the scanning mode. The intravascular contrast medium and the enhanced contrast agents are water-soluble contrast medium ,which has good effect and excreted mainly in urine. Because of the high speed scanning of spiral CT, the contrast is fast injected, usually 2~3 ml/s, even up to 4~5 ml/s. It can inject within a short period of time, already ended while the contrast response may happen.%静脉内注射造影剂行CT造影增强已普遍应用在CT日常工作中。现对造影剂的循环、分期和造影剂的注射方式以及扫描方式进行分析。血管造影和CT增强的造影剂仍为经肾脏排泄的水溶性碘造影剂，血管显影和增强的效果甚佳。由于螺旋CT扫描速度快，造影剂的注射速率较高，通常为2～3 ml/s，甚至高达4～5 ml/s，短时间内即注射完毕，即使发生造影反应，增强扫描已经结束。
