溃疡性结肠炎内科治疗体会

摘要

目的：探讨溃疡性结肠炎内科综合治疗的方法和措施。方法对38例溃疡性结肠炎患者临床内科治疗方法资料进行分析。结果经治疗显效4例，显效率10.5%；有效32例，84.2%，无效4例，无效12.5%。结论针对个体差异进行治疗调整，IBD的常用治疗药物为氨基水杨酸类、皮质类固醇和免疫抑制剂，近年来治疗新药不断问世，特别是生物制剂的发展很快。内科综合治疗疗效满意。%ObjectiveTo investigate the comprehensive medical treatment of ulcerative colitis.Methods 38 cases of patients with ulcerative colitis were selected in this study.Results After the treatment, four cases were markedly recovered, with the excellent effective rate of 10.5%. While 32 cases were recovered, with the effective rate of 84.2%. 4 cases were not recovered, with the rate of 12.5%.Conclusion We should adjust the treatment for every individual. For IBD, we commonly used drugs like aminosalicylates, corticosteroids and immunosuppressive agents. The new drugs continue to come out in recent years, particularly for the biological agents. The effect of comprehensive medical therapy is satisfaction.
