常见乳腺良性疾患钼靶X线检查分析

摘要

Objective To study the X-ray imaging manifestations in the mammography of the benign breast diseases.Methods Analyze 30 cases clinical datum of the mammography of the benign patients from March,2012 to March,2013.Results In the diagnosis of the 30 patients with mammography, there are 15 cases get the mass, 14 cases get the local glands asymmetry of dense shadow, and 1 cases get the structure distortion. Conclusion Apply the mammography can discover lesions and clear the position of lesions, it also can determine the nature of the lesions. Use it Can ifnd small lump and Malignant calciifcations in the early time, and it is very important for the diagnosis before operation.%目的：探讨乳腺疾患的钼靶X线检查中乳腺良性疾病的X线影像表现。方法对2012年3月～2013年3月行钼靶X线检查的乳腺疾病良性患者30例临床资料进行分析。结果经诊断30例患者中，钼靶X线表现为肿块影15例，局部腺体非对称性致密影14例，结构扭曲1例。结论钼靶X线检查可发现病变，明确部位、确定性质。可以早期发现微小肿块、恶性钙化灶，对手术前诊断极为重要。
