胸腔镜下亚肺叶切除及纵隔淋巴结采样治疗早期非小细胞肺癌临床疗效分析

摘要

目的：探研究探讨胸腔镜下亚肺叶切除及纵隔淋巴结采样治疗早期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效。方法选取早期非小细胞肺癌患者40例作为研究对象，所有患者均行胸腔镜下亚肺叶切除及纵隔淋巴结采样治疗，观察患者的治疗结果以及术中术后的相关指标。结果所有手术均顺利进行，且无一例并发症和死亡情况的出现，经三个月的随访，未见复发和转移的患者。结论胸腔镜下亚肺叶切除术治疗早期非小细胞肺癌的临床效果显著，安全性好。%Objective To study the paper under the thoracoscope and lobectomy and mediastinal lymph node sampling the clinical curative effect of early treatment of non-small cell lung cancer.Methods Select early 40 patients with non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) as the research object, all patients were performed under the thoracoscope and lobectomy and mediastinal lymph node sampling treatment, observation of the treatment of patients with results and intraoperative related indicators after the operation.ResultsAll patients are performed smoothly, and no case of the occurrence of complications and death situation, after three months of follow-up, patients with no recurrence and metastasis.Conclusion Under the thoracoscope lung resection in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer early, security is good.
