中药熏蒸结合中药外敷及内服治疗黄褐斑疗效观察

摘要

目的：研究分析中药熏蒸、中药外敷、中药内服的治疗方式来进行黄褐斑治疗的效果。方法根据我院的60例黄褐斑门诊患者来进行研究分析，将患者分组为对照组和实验组，对照组采取的是外敷中药以及内服中药治疗，观察组患者接受的是熏蒸、外敷、内服中药治疗，对两组患者进行三个月的治疗后进行疗效比较。结果三个月治疗后，对照组的有效率是48.58%，观察组的有效率是70%，两组患者的有效率存在显著差异性。结论使用中药熏蒸、外敷、内服来进行黄褐斑的临床治疗具有非常好的效果，临床中患者的治疗有效率高，可以推广使用。%ObjectiveTo study the analysis of the traditional Chinese medicine fumigation, external application of Chinese medicine, Chinese medicine oral treatment for melasma treatment effect.MethodsAccording to the 60 cases of Chloasma in outpatients of our hospital to carry on the research analysis, the patients were grouped into control group and experimental group, the control group is taken by the external application of Chinese medicine and internal medicine, patients in the observation group received is, topical, oral Chinese medicine fumigation treatment, the curative effect comparison of three months of treatment in two groups after the patient.Results After three month treatment, the effective rate of the control group was 48.58%, the effective rate of the observation group was 70%, two groups of patients have signiifcant differences in efifciency.ConclusionThe use of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation, topical, oral administration has very good clinical therapeutic effect for chloasma, in the clinical treatment of patients with high effective rate, can promote the use of.
