个性化心理护理对肝病患者预后的影响

ObjectiveTo investigate the individualized psychological nursing effect on the prognosis of patients with liver disease. Methods Select our hospital between January 2011 and November 2013 hospital, 96 cases of patients with liver disease, and compare the two groups after treatment to cure, the average, such confinement, the patient and family satisfaction.Results Observation group cure, the higher, average shortening of such confinement, the patient and family satisfaction increases, the observation group was better than control group; The difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05).Conclusion The individual psychological nursing, can effectively improve the prognosis of patients with liver diseases, improve the quality of nursing and treatment effect, promote patients recovery. It is Worth of clinical value.%目的：探讨个性化心理护理对肝病患者预后的影响。方法选择我院2011年1月~2013年11月收住院的肝病患者96例，比较两组治疗后治愈好转率，平均住院日、患者及家属满意程度。结果观察组治愈好转率较高、平均住院日缩短、患者及家属满意程度增加，观察组明显优于对照组；差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论采用个性化心理护理，可以有效的改善肝病患者的预后，提高护理质量和治疗效果，促进患者康复，值得临床借鉴。
