腹腔镜手术治疗小儿急性阑尾炎的临床疗效观察

摘要

Objective Curative effect observation of laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of children acute appendicitis. Methods 90 cases of children were treated with acute appendicitis in our hospital, as the research object, and randomly selected were divided into experimental group and control group, 45 patients used by laparoscopic surgery, the control group using open operation. Results In addition to the operation time, postoperative cases in the experimental technique is superior to the control group. Conclusion Laparoscopic treatment of infantile acute appendicitis effect obviously, is worth popularizing in clinic.%目的：腹腔镜手术治疗小儿急性阑尾炎的临床疗效观察。方法选取我院就诊治疗的急性阑尾炎患儿90例，作为本次研究对象，随机抽选分为实验组和对照组各45例，实验组采用腹腔镜手术，对照组采用开腹手术。结果除手术时间，实验组术中术后情况均优于对照组。结论腹腔镜手术治疗小儿急性阑尾炎效果明显，值得在临床上推广。
