腹腔镜与开腹胃癌根治术的临床效果比较

摘要

Objective To investigate the effect of laparoscopic and open radical resection of gastric cancer. Methods 87 gastric cancer patients from January 2012 to June 2014 in our hospital according to the operation plan were divided into laparoscopic group and open group, compared two groups of indicators related to operation and recent recurrence. Results Laparoscopic intraoperative group bleeding and postoperative exhaust time was obviously better than the open group (P<0.05), there was no signiifcant difference between the two groups of operation time and postoperative complications (P>0.05), during follow-up of 3~6 months, there was no recurrence. Conclusion Laparoscopic radical gastrectomy in treatment of gastric cancer can obtain short-term curative effect, and can reduce the operation injury.%目的：比较腹腔镜与开腹胃癌根治术治疗胃癌的临床效果。方法选择我院2012年1月～2014年6月间收治的胃癌患者87例，按照手术方式分为腹腔镜组和开腹组，比较两组手术相关指标及近期复发情况。结果腹腔镜组术中出血量及术后排气时间优于开腹组（P＜0.05），两组手术时间及术后并发症无明显差异（P＞0.05）；随访3～6个月，均未复发。结论腹腔镜辅助胃癌根治术治疗胃癌可取得与开腹手术相当的近期疗效，且可减少手术损伤，具有一定的临床应用价值。
