PTCD引流术后护理体会

摘要

目的：研究分析PTCD引流术的术后护理方法。方法回顾性分析2010年～2012年本院收治的41例经PTCD治疗的恶性梗阻性黄疸患者的临床资料，归纳总结41例患者的术后护理方式。结果41例患者均放置外引流成功，生存期3～26个月，患者的食欲和精神状态得到了明显的改善。结论对PTCD引流术患者实行科学护理方案可以提高治疗效果，延长患者生存期，提高生命质量。%Objective To study the nursing method for postoperative drainage PTCD. Methods Retrospective analysed the clinical data of 41 patients with malignant obstructive jaundice after PTCD treatment in our hospital from 2010 to 2012, summarized the nursing methods of 41 cases of patients after operation. Results 41 patients were successfully placed drainage, during the survival period of 3~26 months, the patient's appetite and mental state had been significantly improved. Conclusion The patients received PTCD drainage implement scientiifc nursing scheme can improve the therapeutic effect, prolong the survival of patients, improve the quality of life.
