生肌玉红膏对深Ⅱ度烧伤模型大鼠创面成纤维细胞及血液循环影响的实验研究

     

摘要

Objective To explore the effect of ointment of Shengji Yuhong to fibroblast and blood circulation of deep II-degree burn rats’ model. Methods 96 rats were randomly divided into three groups (A group, B group, C group) for 32 rats. A group and B group was taken with deep II-degree burn rats’ model. A group was taken ointment of Shengji Yuhong, B group for vaseline. C group was control group. The proliferation index of ifbroblast, the numbers of ifbroblast and the number of micrangium in 7 d, 14 d, 21 d and 28 d were compared. Results In A group and B group, the proliferation index of ifbroblast, the numbers of ifbroblast and the number of micrangium increased. The more remarkable change was in A group (P<0.05). Conclusion Ointment of Shengji Yuhong can obviously promote the fibroblast proliferation and blood supply reconstruction for deep II-degree burn rats.%目的:探讨生肌玉红膏对深Ⅱ度烧伤模型大鼠创面成纤维细胞及血液循环的影响。方法96只大鼠被随机分为3组(A组、B组、C组),每组各32只,A、B组均制成深II度烧伤动物模型,A组伤后均给予生肌玉红膏换药,B组给予凡士林换药,C组为正常对照组,比较3组大鼠烧伤后不同时间点(7 d、14 d、21 d、28 d)成纤维细胞增殖指数与成纤维细胞数量、创面微血管数等相关指标的变化差异。结果A、B组大鼠烧伤换药后不同时间点A、B组成纤维细胞增殖指数升高、成纤维细胞数量增多、新生微血管数量增加,A组变化更为明显(P<0.05)。结论生肌玉红膏对深Ⅱ度烧伤模型大鼠创面成纤维细胞的增殖及血液循环重建有明显促进作用。
