目的：探讨人性化护理措施干预对老年慢性阻塞性肺炎患者在生活质量方面产生的作用及影响。方法选取本院在2014年10月～2015年10月所收治的老年慢性阻塞性肺炎患者92例作为研究对象，将其分成对照组、观察组。对照组实施常规护理措施，观察组实施人性化护理干预措施，比较临床护理的效果。结果观察组临床指标的评分高于对照组，两组对比，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论针对本次参与临床探讨的患者实施人性化护理干预措施，能够提升患者在生活方面的质量，并改善其心理状况。%Objective To explore the effect of humanistic nursing intervention on the quality of life of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pneumonia (COPD). Methods 92 cases of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pneumonia admitted in our hospital from October 2014 to October 2015 were selected as the subjects and were divided into control group and observation group. The control group received routine nursing measures. Observation group implement humanized nursing intervention measures, to compare the effect of clinical nursing. Results The clinical indexes of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, the difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of humanistic nursing interventions for patients involved in clinical research can improve the quality of life in patients, and improve their psychological status.
