我院4例类风湿关节炎合并静脉血栓栓塞报道并文献复习

摘要

目的：探讨类风湿关节炎（RA）合并静脉血栓栓塞性疾病（VTE）的危险因素。方法对本院4例RA合并VTE的病例进行回顾性分析，对近年来国内外报道进行文献复习，探讨疾病特征。结果 RA合并VTE的危险因素包括RA病情活动、肢体制动、关节置换术、高凝状态、药物副作用等。RA合并VTE的临床表现往往比较隐匿，病情可能比较凶险，需要认真鉴别及积极防治。结论临床应对RA合并VTE充分关注，对于存在VTE危险因素的RA患者应进行积极防治。%Objective To explore the risk factors of patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) combined venous thromboembolism (VTE). Methods 4 cases of patients with RA combined with VTE were retrospectively analyzed and literature were reviewed to explore the clinical features. Results The risk factors of patients with RA combined with VTE were various. The clinical features could be insidious and subtle. We should carefully identify and control it actively. Conclusion We should pay more attention to RA combined VTE and positive control the risk factors.
