小梁切除术联合丝裂霉素应用治疗16例急性闭角型青光眼疗效分析

摘要

Objective To analyse the treatment of acute angle-closure glaucoma trabeculectomy combined mitomycin the curative effect. Methods According to the principle of random, in our hospital from February 2015 to February 2016, 31 cases of acute angle closure glaucoma patients were divided into two groups, 15 patients in control group only with trabeculectomy, 16 cases of the observation group were treated by trabeculectomy combined with mitomycin treatment.Results Observation group effect of surgery and postoperative intraocular pressure to improve the effect was better than the control group, comparing the two groups was statistically significant difference (P<0.05).ConclusionTrabeculectomy combined mitomycin method applied in treatment of acute angle-closure glaucoma, had a higher success rate of surgery.%目的：分析小梁切除术联合丝裂霉素治疗急性闭角型青光眼的疗效。方法按照随机原则，将我院2015年2月～2016年2月收治的31例急性闭角型青光眼患者分为两组，15例对照组患者单独采用小梁切除术，16例观察组患者采用小梁切除术联合丝裂霉素进行治疗。结果观察组的手术效果及术后眼压改善效果均优于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论使用小梁切除术联合丝裂霉素的方法应用治疗急性闭角型青光眼，手术成功率较高。
