藏医药浴治疗类风湿性关节炎效果

摘要

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Tibetan medicine bath in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.Methods The data of 66 cases of patients with rheumatoid arthritis treated in our hospital from November 2014 to September 2015 were retrospectively analyzed. The general information and treatment results were summarized.Results After 2 courses of treatment, therapeutic effect evaluation for patients cured 11 cases, effective 30 cases, invalid 25 cases, the total effective rate was 62.12% (41/66) after treatment system. After 3 courses of treatment, therapeutic effect evaluation for patients cured 14 cases, effective 36 cases, invalid 16 cases, the total effective rate was 75.76% (50/66) was expected to achieve clinical therapeutic effect. Conclusion The treatment of rheumatoid arthritis with Tibetan medicine bath has good effect and can be considered in clinical practice.%目的：分析藏医药浴作用于类风湿性关节炎治疗中的临床效果。方法选取我院2014年11月～2015年9月收治的66例类风湿性关节炎患者作为研究对象，采用回顾性分析的方法对所有患者的一般资料及治疗结果进行概括。结果经过2个疗程的系统治疗后，治疗效果评定为治愈11例、有效30例、无效25例，治疗总有效率为62.12%（41/66）；经过3个疗程的系统治疗后，治疗效果评定为治愈的患者14例、有效36例、无效16例，治疗总有效率为75.76%（50/66），治疗效果基本达到临床预期。结论藏医药浴治疗类风湿性关节炎具有较好的效果，在临床实践中可予以考虑。
