宫颈液基细胞检查结果为ASCUS的组织病理研究

摘要

Objective To explore the results of cervical liquid base for atypical squamous cell histopathology.MethodsA total of 120 cases of patients with atypical squamous cells from July 2015 to July 2016 were selected as the subjects of the study. HPV-DNA testing was intensiifed in patients with cervical liquid-based cytology.Results The diagnostic accuracy of CIN was 53.00% (53 cases) in HPV-DNA positive group and 25.00% (5 cases) in HPV-DNA negative group, and the difference was statistically significant in HPV-DNA negative group (P<0.05). ConclusionIn patients with atypical squamous cell cervical liquid-based cytology test, to strengthen the detection of HPV-DNA can increase the detection rate.%目的：探索宫颈液基细胞检查结果为非典型鳞状细胞的组织病理。方法选择2015年7月～2016年7月收治的120例非典型鳞状细胞患者为此次研究对象，在对患者进行宫颈液基细胞学检查时，加强HPV-DNA检测。结果120例非典型鳞状细胞患者中，HPV-DNA阳性组对CIN诊断正确率为53.00%（53例），HPV-DNA阴性组对CIN诊断正确率为25.00%（5例），其对比，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论在对非典型鳞状细胞患者实施宫颈液基细胞检查时，加强HPV-DNA的检测，可提高检出率。
