胎儿心脏畸形超声筛查诊断技术的发展，胎儿畸形超声筛查诊断的模式也逐渐多样化。但大多数医院都采用的是单纯的胎儿心脏畸形超声筛查诊断模式，造成胎儿心脏畸形的漏诊率较高。基于此，采用文献分析方法，对胎儿心脏畸形进行当前胎儿心脏畸形超声筛查诊断的主要模式进行分析，介绍胎儿心脏畸形超声筛查诊断模式的筛查原理与操作流程。针对本院的产检情况，采用多手段混合的超声筛查诊断模式进行应用分析。结果证明该模式能够有效地降低胎儿心脏畸形的漏诊。%The development of ultrasound screening and diagnosis technology for fetal heart malformation, and the pattern of ultrasound screening for fetal malformation is gradually diversified. The results show that the model can effectively reduce the missed diagnosis of fetal heart malformations.
