探讨中医护理在血液透析并发低血压中的应用

摘要

目的：探讨血液透析并发低血压使用中医护理的临床效果。方法选取2012年4月～2013年3月我院收治的18例透析患者作为研究对象，回顾性分析患者的临床资料。结果常规组3个月内低血压情况：第1个月28次，第2个月27次，第3个月20次。观察组：第1个月24次，第2个月19次，第3个月10次。全部患者接受了3个月的观察，观察组的低血压几率小于常规组（P＜0.05）。结论中医辨证护理根据患者的症型来进行针对性的护理，将护理服务融入于患者的生活，能够显著降低患者的低血压发生率，患者生活质量提升明显。%Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the use of traditional Chinese medicine nursing for hemodialysis patients with low blood pressure.Methods The clinical data of 18 cases of dialysis patients in our hospital from April 2012 to March 2013 were analyzed.Results The blood pressure of the routine group was 28 times, 27 times in the ifrst month, second times in 20 times in third months in three months. The observation group was 24 times in the first month, second months and 19 times, third months and 10 times. All patients received three months of observation, the observation group of lower blood pressure than the conventional group (P<0.05).ConclusionTCM nursing according to the disease type of patients for nursing care, nursing service into the life of the patients, can signiifcantly reduce the incidence of patients with hypotension, signiifcantly enhance the quality of life of patients.
