无创正压通气治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭的护理方法及效果

摘要

目的：分析无创正压通气治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期合并呼吸衰竭的护理方法和效果。方法选取我院收治的40例慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期合并呼吸衰竭患者作为研究对象，采用回顾性分析的方式对所有患者的一般资料、护理方法及预后进行整理和分析。结果经系统的治疗及护理，治疗后，患者HR为（78.2±8.6）次/min， RR为（17.9±5.0）次/min，pH值为（7.4±0.7），PaO2（91.1±8.0） mm Hg，SaO2（96.6±9.7）mm Hg，PaCO2（53.9±9.0）mm Hg，各项指标均达到临床预期标准。结论无创正压通气治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期合并呼吸衰竭具有较好的效果，配合科学系统的护理，则是保证治疗效果的关键。%Objective To analyze the nursing method and effect of noninvasive positive pressure ventilation in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with respiratory failure.Methods 40 cases of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in our hospital were selected as the research objects, general data of all patients were retrospectively analyzed, nursing methods and prognosis were analyzed and sorted out.Results After the treatment and nursing of the system, after treatment, patients with HR were (78.2±8.6) times/min, RR for (17.9±5.0) times/min, the pH value was (7.4±0.7), PaO2 (91.1±8.0) mm Hg, SaO2 (96.6±9.7) mm Hg, PaCO2 (53.9±9.0) mm Hg. All indexes reached the clinical expectation standard.Conclusion Non-invasive positive pressureventilation in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with acute exacerbation of respiratory failure has a good effect, nursing care of scientiifc system is the key to ensure the treatment effect.
