中药多途径给药联合心理疏导治疗小儿遗尿的临床观察

摘要

Objective To explore and analyze multi-channel traditional Chinese medicine combined with psychotherapy treatment of children with enuresis clinical efficacy.Methods A total of 30 cases of infantile enuresis treated in our hospital, were randomly divided into Chinese traditional medicine group and traditional Chinese medicine combined with psychotherapy group, 15 cases in each group, compared two groups of clinical curative effect. Results The Chinese herbal medicine group thetotal efficiency is 73.33%, traditional Chinese medicine combined with psychotherapy group in the total effciency of 86.67%, traditional Chinese medicine combined with psychotherapy group the total effciency is higher than that of pure traditional Chinese medicine group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). ConclusionThe multiple channels of Chinese medicine combined with psychotherapy clinical efficacy in the treatment of infantile enuresis is better.%目的：探究与分析中药多途径给药联合心理疏导治疗小儿遗尿的临床疗效。方法选取我院收治的30例小儿遗尿，按照随机数字表法分为单纯中药组和中药联合心理疏导组，每组各15例，对比两组临床疗效。结果单纯中药组的总有效率为73.33%，中药联合心理疏导组的总有效率为86.67%，中药联合心理疏导组的总有效率高于单纯中药组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论中药多途径给药联合心理疏导治疗小儿遗尿的临床疗效显著。
