护理沟通技巧对提高儿科护理工作满意度的影响

         

摘要

Objective To analyze the effect of nursing communication skills on pediatric nursing job satisfaction in clinical practice.Methods70 cases of children in our hospital from January 2014 to May 2016, according to the admission time were divided into control group and study group, 35 cases in each group, the control group was treated with routine nursing methods, the study group was based on the control group, including language communication and non verbal communication skills, analysis and comparison of two groups of patients with nursing satisfaction and medication compliance. Results The nursing satisfaction (91.43%) in the study group was higher than that in the control group (71.43%), and the medication compliance was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing communication skills in clinical practice can effectively improve the children's bad mood, improve nursing satisfaction and medication compliance, clinical signiifcance.%目的:在临床中对儿科护理工作满意度中护理沟通技巧的影响进行分析。方法选取本院2014年1月~2016年5月收治的70例患儿,根据患儿入院时间分为对照组和研究组各35例,对照组行以常规护理方法,研究组在对照组基础上行以包括语言沟通与非语言沟通在内的护理沟通技巧,分析比较两组患儿护理满意度与服药依从性。结果研究组患儿护理满意度(91.43%)高于对照组(71.43%),服药依从性优于对照组,经计算差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理沟通技巧在临床中可以有效改善患儿不良情绪,提高患儿护理满意度及服药依从性,临床应用意义显著。
