肾病水肿的中医护理方法及干预意义探究

摘要

目的：探讨肾病水肿的中医护理方法和效果。方法选取我院2013年8月～2015年9月收治的80例肾病水肿患者为研究对象，采用回顾性分析的方法对所有患者的一般资料及中医护理方法、效果进行总结和分析。结果经系统护理，研究选取的80例患者的治疗有效率为97.50%（78/80），护理效果达到临床预期。结论将中医护理理念作用于肾病水肿患者的治疗中具有较好的临床效果。%Objective To investigate the nursing methods and effects of traditional Chinese medicine for the edema of the kidney.Methods80 cases of nephrotic edema patients in our hospital from August 2013 to September 2015 were chosen as the research object, using the method of analysis on the effect of general information and TCM nursing methods, all patients were summarized and analyzed retrospectively.ResultsAfter systematic nursing, the effective rate of treatment was 97.50% (78/80) in 80 cases, and the clinical effect was achieved.ConclusionThe traditional Chinesemedicine nursing concept in the treatment of renal edema patients with good clinical results.
