目的 分析研究采用中医疗法对早期糖尿病肾病水肿患者进行治疗的效果.方法 参与该次研究的早期糖尿病肾病水肿患者共78例,均经医院确诊.78例患者均为2017年2月-2018年3月间来院就诊,依据患者入院顺序分为2组,对照组采取常规西医药对症治疗,观察组则实施中医疗法,各39例,疗程结束后对治疗效果进行比较.结果 观察组临床治疗总有效率为94.9％,高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).对比治疗前24 h尿蛋白、尿量以及血清肌酐等指标,提示差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).治疗后的对比结果则显示观察组改善效果更佳,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 采用中医疗法治疗早期糖尿病肾病水肿的效果更佳,更利于患者病情的改善,临床具有较高的应用价值.%Objective To analyze the effect of Chinese medicine on the treatment of patients with early diabetic nephropathy and edema. Methods A total of 78 patients with early diabetic nephropathy and edema participated in the study, all of which were confirmed by the hospital. All the 78 patients were admitted to the hospital from February 2017 to March 2018.They were divided into two groups according to the order of admission. The control group received symptomatic treatment with conventional western medicine. The observation group implemented the Chinese medical method, 39 cases each. After treatment, comparing the treatment effects. Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was 94.9％, which was higher than that in the control group, the different was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Comparing the 24 h urine protein, urine volume and serum creatinine index before treatment, the difference was not obvious (P＞0.05). The comparison results after treatment showed that the observation group improved better, the different was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion The Chinese medicine method is better for the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy edema, which is more conducive to the improvement of patients' condition and has higher clinical value.
