Objective To study the clinical effect of compulsory exercise therapy (CIMT) in the rehabilitation of stroke patients with hemiplegia. Methods 158 cases of stroke patients with hemiplegia were selected from January 2013 to January 2015 in our hospital. According to the difference of the treatment method, the difference between two groups was divided into the experimental group and the control group randomly, the control group was given routine exercise therapy, experimental group was given mandatory exercise therapy, after 2 months of treatment, the total effective rate, motor function score and total satisfaction of the two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group (89.9%) was higher than that of the control group 62.0%, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). NWS and FMA scores of two groups of patients before treatment were compared, the difference was not statistically significant (P > 0.05); And after treatment, NWS and FMA scores of the experimental group were signiifcantly higher than those of the control group, the difference was statistically signiifcant (P < 0.05); Patient satisfaction 92.4% in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group 70.9%, the difference was statistically signiifcant (P < 0.05). ConclusionThe use of mandatory exercise therapy in the rehabilitation of stroke patients with hemiplegia can effectively improve the motor function of patients with stroke, to improve the effective treatment rate and patients' satisfaction, improve the patient's rehabilitation effect.%目的：研究脑卒中偏瘫患者的康复治疗过程中强制性运动疗法（CIMT）的临床效果。方法选取2013年1月～2015年1月我院收治的脑卒中偏瘫患者158例，根据康复过程中治疗方法的差异随机平均分为实验组及对照组，对照组给予常规的运动疗法，实验组给予强制性运动疗法，治疗2个月后观察两组患者的治疗总有效率、运动功能评分及总满意度。结果实验组的总有效89.9%高于对照组62.0%，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗前两组患者的NWS及FMA评分对比，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；而治疗后实验组的NWS及FMA评分明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；实验组的患者满意度92.4%高于对照组70.9%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论脑卒中偏瘫患者康复治疗中使用强制性运动疗法可以有效改善患者的运动功能，提高患者的有效治疗率及患者的满意度，改善患者的康复效果。
