危重早产儿静脉营养支持疗法的疗效观察

摘要

目的：观察静脉营养支持疗法在危重早产儿中的应用效果。方法选取危重早产儿146例，对照组采用常规配方奶、肠道益生菌治疗，观察组利用静脉营养支持疗法。结果治疗14 d后观察组体质增长量（21.72±8.56）g/d高于对照组（15.37±6.28）g/d，观察组并发症发生率为6.85%低于对照组21.92%，差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论静脉营养支持疗法应用于危重早产儿中，对坏死性小肠结肠炎（NEC）等并发症控制效果显著。%Objective To observe the effect of intravenous nutritional support therapy in critical prematures.Methods 146 cases of critical prematures were selected. The control group was treated with conventional formula milk and probiotics, the observation group were treated with parenteral nutrition support therapy.Results14 days after the treatment, the constitution growth of observation group was (21.72 ± 8.56) g/d, which was higher than that of (15.37 ± 6.28) g/d in control group, the complication rate of observation group was 6.85%, which was lower than that of the control group 21.92%, the difference was statistically signiifcant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Intravenous nutritional support therapy is effective in the control of NEC and other complications in critical prematures.
