溶血现象对临床生化检验项目影响的观察及预防研究

摘要

Objective To study and analysis of the inlfuence of hemolysis phenomenon of clinical biochemical test project observation and prevention.Methods To choose the healthy check-up in June 2016 in our hospital to accept the 50 cases of healthy subjects as the research object, 50 cases of healthy subjects were taken 4 ml of blood samples, on two test tubes, one in vitro blood samples using heparin anticoagulation as a control sample, the other one blood samples using artificial method of in vitro hemolysis as research samples, the clinical biochemical inspection items of two sets of samples for analysis.Results The total cholesterol observed samples, aspartate aminotransferase, alanine aminotransferase, alkaline phosphatase, lactate dehydrogenase, potassium compared with the control samples, the difference was statistically signiifcant (P < 0.05).Conclusion Hemolysis phenomenon affect clinical biochemical inspection items, certain precautions should be taken to avoid the happening of hemolysis phenomenon.%目的：探讨和分析溶血现象对临床生化检验项目影响的观察及预防。方法选取2016年6月在我院接受健康体检的50例健康者作为研究对象，对50例健康者均取4 ml血样，置于2支试管，1支试管内的血样使用肝素抗凝作为对照样品，另1支试管内的血样使用人工方法进行溶血作为观察样品，对两组样品的临床生化检验项目进行分析。结果观察样品的总胆固醇、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶、丙氨酸氨基转移酶、碱性磷酸酶、乳酸脱氢酶、血钾与对照组样品相比较，差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论溶血现象会对临床生化检验项目产生影响，需采取一定的预防措施避免溶血现象的发生。
