探讨静脉应用双磷酸盐在晚期恶性肿瘤治疗中的作用

摘要

目的：探讨晚期恶性肿瘤使用静脉双磷酸盐静脉滴注治疗效果。方法选取我院2002年6月～2012年6月收治的186例晚期恶性肿瘤患者作为研究对象，搜有患者采用静脉双磷酸盐治疗，分析临床治疗效果。结果所有患者在过去10年内静脉双磷酸盐使用率不到40%。治疗前，患者VAS评分为（8.10±1.13）分；治疗后，患者VAS评分为（3.10±1.27）分，治疗前后对比，差异具有统计学意义（t=24.96， P＜0.01）；临床有效率为78.4%。治疗前Karnofsky评分为（57±7.8）分，治疗后为（69±8.6）分，治疗前后对比，差异具有统计学意义（t=8.77， P＜0.01）。结论恶性肿瘤晚期使用静脉双磷酸盐治疗的止痛效果突出，患者的生存质量有所改善，骨转移进展时间推迟，安全性高，耐受性好。%Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of intravenous infusion of intravenous infusion in patients with advanced malignant tumor. Before treatment, the Karnofsky score was (57 ± 7.8), after (69 ± 8.6) (t=8.77,P < 0.01).Conclusion Patients with advanced malignant tumor using intravenous bisphosphonate therapy analgesic effect is prominent, improved the quality of life of patients, bone metastasis from a delay in time, safe, well tolerated.
