脑血管病患者的心理护理

摘要

目的：研究心理护理对脑血管病患者的效果评价。方法选我院2014年1月～2016年1月收治的脑血管病患者204例，随机平均分为实验组与对照组，对照组给予常规的脑血管病护理，实验组在对照组的基础上给予全面的心理护理干预，比较两组患者治疗前后的神经状态、活动状态及生活质量等方面的改变情况。结果实验组患者的HAMD、NIHSS、CSS、MMSE、SAS均优于对照组，两组对比，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论脑血管病患者在加强常规护理工作的同时实施全面的心理护理可以有效改善患者的焦虑抑郁情绪，缓解压力，增加依从性，对疾病的治疗有积极的作用。%Objective To study the psychological nursing effect evaluation of cerebrovascular disease. MethodsIn our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016, 204 cases of patients with cerebrovascular disease were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, control group was given about conventional cerebrovascular disease care, experimental group, on the basis of the control group, was given about comprehensive psychological nursing intervention, to compare two groups of patients before and after treatment of nervous state, active in the case of a change and quality of life.Results Patients of HAMD, NIHSS, CSS, MMSE, SAS were superior to control group, the difference was statistically signiifcant (P < 0.05).Conclusion Cerebrovascular disease in strengthening routine nursing at the same time,the implementation of comprehensive psychological nursing can effectively improve the patient's anxiety depression, relieve stress, increase compliance, treatment of disease has a positive effect.
