中药质量规范化管理在中药房管理中的应用价值分析

摘要

目的：探讨在中药房管理中中药质量规范化管理的应用价值。方法以实施中药质量规范化管理的20例中药房工作人员为研究组，以未实施的20例中药房工作人员为对照组，对比两组管理效果。结果两组药品配发准确率、退换药品率对比，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；研究组、对照组满意度分别为100%、80.0%（P＜0.05）。结论在中药房管理中实施中药质量规范化管理的效果显著。%Objective To explore the application value of traditional Chinese medicine quality standard management in the management of Chinese pharmacy.Methods In order to carry out the management of the quality of traditional Chinese medicine 20 cases of workers for the study group, 20 workers were not implemented as the control group, compared the two groups of management effect.ResultsTwo groups of drugs dispensed accuracy, drug return rate comparison, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The satisfaction of study group and control group were 100% and 80% respectively (P<0.05).Conclusion In the management of Chinese pharmacy, the quality of traditional Chinese medicine has a remarkable effect.
