Objective To study the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with cerebral hemorrhage patients with minimally invasive surgery. Methods Selected our hospital from October 2014 to October 2015, 10 cases were treated by minimally invasive surgery to remove hematoma in patients with cerebral hemorrhage patients as the research object of this paper, according to nursing methods, 40 cases were divided into the observation group and the control group, two cases in the control group. Patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing mode, the observation group were treated with comprehensive nursing intervention mode, analysis and comparison of the clinical nursing effect of two groups of patients.Results The neurological function score and motor function score in the observation group were better than those in the control group, the difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with cerebral hemorrhage by minimally invasive surgery, can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, improve patients with neurological function, postoperative recovery in patients with the promotion of the role of.%目的：研究综合护理干预在脑出血患者微创锥颅血肿清除术中的应用效果。方法选取我院在2014年10月~2015年10月中所收治的80例需行微创锥颅血肿清除术脑出血患者作为本文研究对象，将其按照护理方式分为观察组与对照组，两组40例。其中，对照组患者采用临床常规护理模式进行护理，观察组患者采用综合护理干预模式实施护理，对两组患者的临床护理效果展开分析与对比。结果观察组患者的神经功能评分和运动功能评分均优于对照组患者，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论针对脑出血患者的微创锥颅血肿清除术给予临床综合护理干预措施，能有效降低患者术后并发症发生率，改善患者神经功能，对患者术后康复有促进作用。
