目的：探讨集束化护理干预在骨科住院患者压疮管理的应用效果。方法选择2014年1月~2016年6月240例骨患者作为研究对象，随机分观察组及对照组，各120例，对照组实施骨科常规护理，观察组在对照组的基础上进行集束化护理：健全制度、加强培训、护理评估、健康教育、心理疏导、基础护理。结果观察组患者及家属掌握压疮知识90.00%、主动配合91.67%、护理满意度99.17%高于对照组65.00%、79.17%、93.33%（P＜0.05）；观察组压疮发生率0.00%低于对照组的3.33%（P＜0.05）。结论针对性骨科压疮发生的原因、实施科学的实施集束化护理护理措施，能有效地预防压疮的发生，提高护理的工作质量。%Objective To explore the application effect of cluster nursing intervention in the management of pressure ulcer in patients in Department of orthopedics.Methods Select January 2014 to June 2016 240 cases of bone patients as the research object, randomly divided into observation group and control group, each of 120 cases, control group, the implementation of routine nursing care, observation group in the control group on the basis of cluster based care: improve the system, strengthen the training, nursing assessment, health education, psychological counseling, basic care.Results Observation group of patients and family members to grasp the knowledge of pressure ulcer 90%, take the initiative to cooperate with 91.67%, nursing satisfaction 99.17% higher than the control group 65%, 79.17%, 93.33% (P<0.05). The incidence rate of pressure ulcer in observation group was 0.00% lower than that in control group 3.33% (P<0.05).Conclusion According to the reasons of the occurrence of pressure ulcers in the Department of orthopedics, the implementation of scientiifc nursing care measures, can effectively prevent the occurrence of pressure ulcers, improve the quality of nursing work.
