利拉鲁肽治疗2型糖尿病伴肥胖症患者的临床效果观察

摘要

目的：观察利拉鲁肽治疗2型糖尿病伴肥胖症患者的临床效果。方法以2013年2月～2016年1月来我院治疗的60例2型糖尿病伴肥胖症患者作为研究对象，随机分成对照组（盐酸二甲双胍联合甘精胰岛素治疗）与观察组（盐酸二甲双胍联合利拉鲁肽治疗），各30例。对比2组患者治疗后BMI、FPG以及2 h PG的变化情况。结果观察组患者治疗后的BMI、FPG以及2 h PG的改善情况均优于对照组患者（P＜0.05）。结论利拉鲁肽治疗2型糖尿病伴肥胖症患者的临床效果显著。%Objective To observe the clinical effect of liraglutide treatment with obesity in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods In type 2 diabetes from February 2013 to January 2016 in our hospital for treatment of 60 cases of patients with obesity as the research object, randomly divided into control group (metformin combined with insulin glargine treatment) and observation group (metformin and liraglutide treatment), 30 cases in each. The changes of BMI, FPG and 2 h PG were compared between the 2 groups after treatment. Results The improvement of BMI, FPG and 2 h PG after treatment in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of liraglutide in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus and obesity signiifcantly.
