胺碘酮治疗心力衰竭合并心律失常患者的临床效果观察

摘要

Objective To observe the efifcacy of amiodarone therapy in the treatment of heart failure complicated with arrhythmia.Methods Screening 40 cases from July 2014 to December 2015, due to the occurrence of heart failure related symptoms into our hospital treatment of patients, and all have arrhythmia problems, all medication amiodarone, the changes of heart rate, systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure were compared between the patients before and after treatment.Results After medication, the patient's heart rate from (172±16.0) times per minute (82.0±13.0) times, and the systolic pressure and diastolic pressure value were improved (P<0.05).ConclusionAmiodarone therapy for heart failure complicated with arrhythmia patients for treatment, not only the curative effect is remarkable, but also can further improve its condition, can recommend.%目的：对心力衰竭并发心律失常治疗中行胺碘酮疗法的有效性进行观察。方法筛选40例于2014年7月~2015年12月因出现心力衰竭相关症状进入我院治疗的患者，且均有心律失常问题出现，均用药胺碘酮，并对患者用药前后心率值、收缩压值以及舒张压值等指标的变化情况进行比对。结果用药后，患者心率值从每分钟（172±16.0）次降至（82.0±13.0）次，且收缩压值以及舒张压值均有改善（P＜0.05）。结论选择胺碘酮疗法对心力衰竭并发心律失常患者进行治疗，不仅疗效显著，而且还能进一步改善其病情，可推荐。
