鼻内镜术后填充四环素可的松眼膏的效果探讨

摘要

Objective To explore the nasal endoscopic surgery filling cortisone eye ointment application effect.Methods In our hospital in recent years, 160 patients of nasal endoscopic surgery in the operation order and odd number is divided into experimental group (n=80) and control group (n=80), respectively to ifll cortisone eye ointment article gauze tamponade, iodoform gauze oil tamponade. Results Patients in the experimental group with period bleeding (1.9±0.3) ml, the nasal mucosa edema score (2.9±0.3) points, take the packing material when the pain score was (2.5±0.4) points, control group packing bleeding (3.3±0.4) ml, nasal mucosa edema score (4.0±0.5) points, take the packing material when the pain score was (3.4±0.5)points.P<0.05.Conclusion The application of cortisone eye ointment for iflling out for patients with nasal endoscopic surgery has signiifcant effect.%目的：探究鼻内镜术后填充四环素可的松眼膏的应用效果。方法选择近年在我院行鼻内镜术的160例患者，按照手术顺序单双号分为实验组（n=80）与参照组（n=80），分别予以填充四环素可的松眼膏纱条填塞、碘仿油纱条填塞。结果实验组患者填塞期出血量为（1.9±0.3）ml，鼻腔黏膜水肿评分为（2.9±0.3）分，取填塞物时的疼痛评分为（2.5±0.4）分；参照组填塞期出血量为（3.3±0.4）ml，鼻腔黏膜水肿评分为（4.0±0.5）分，取填塞物时的疼痛评分为（3.4±0.5）分；两组比较P＜0.05。结论应用四环素可的松眼膏为鼻内镜术后患者进行填充具有显著效果。
