目的:建立临床药师培训基地学员入学选拔考核的方式,为选拔学员工作提供参考。方法从实施流程和考核内容方面介绍我院临床药师培训基地对学员的选拔考核方法,并对实施入学选拔考核的经验进行总结和探讨。结果我院按照考前准备、实施考核、成绩评定和录取4个步骤,以笔试结合面试的方式实施入学考核,对学员的理论知识储备、综合工作能力和工作学习态度进行全面考核,择优录取学员。结论临床药师培训基地举行入学选拔考核,有利于全面考察学员的工作和学习能力,做到公平公正,择优录取,促进学员自我完善,推动临床药师培训基地管理工作规范化发展。%Objective To establish the access way for clinical trainees in training base, and to provide reference for the selection of excellent trainees.MethodsThe selection method of clinical pharmacist trainees in our hospital was introduced from implementation process and examination content, and summaries the experience.ResultsAccording to the preparation, exam, assessment and admission by step, we combined the interview with a written examination to exam the knowledge reserve, comprehensive ability and learning attitude of trainees, ifnally, merit based enrollment.Conclusion Entrance examination of clinical pharmacist training base is good to comprehensive investigation on the ability of work and study, to be fair and just, merit based, and to promote students' self perfection and the standardization of management work in clinical pharmacist training base.
