不同手术术式治疗三踝骨折102例疗效分析

Objective The effects of internal and external fixation on postoperative functional recovery and postoperative complications of three patients with ankle fracture were studied.Methods102 patients with ankle fracture in our hospital were selected and divided into A, B two groups randomly. The patients in the groups were treated with internal ifxation and external ifxation.ResultsIn the internal ifxation group, 32 cases were cured, 16 cases recovered after operation. In the external ifxation group, 38 cases were cured, 9 cases recovered after operation.Conclusion The treatment effect of internal ifxation and external ifxation has obvious advantages in the treatment of three ankle fractures.%目的：研究选择三踝骨折患者分别应用内、外固定术治疗术后功能恢复和术后并发症等方面的影响。方法选取我院骨二科三踝骨折的患者102例，随机分为AB两组，分别实施内固定手术和外固定手术治疗。结果内固定组中，32例术后痊愈，16例术后基本痊愈。外固定组中，38例术后痊愈，9例术后基本痊愈。结论在三踝骨折中，内固定和外固定的治疗效果均有明显优势。
