高频振荡通气联合胸腔闭式引流治疗新生儿气胸的疗效观察

Objective To study the clinical effect of the application of closed thoracic drainage and high frequency oscillatory ventilation in the treatment of neonates with pneumothorax.Methods84 cases were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with routine treatment, the treatment group was treated with thoracic closed drainage and high frequency oscillatory ventilation technology, and the treatment effect was compared.Results The total time of the treatment group was shorter than the control group, the treatment effect was better than that of the control group.Conclusion The application of thoracic closed drainage and high frequency oscillatory ventilation in the treatment of neonates with pneumothorax disease has a good clinical effect.%目的：对应用胸腔闭式引流与高频振荡通气技术联合对患有气胸疾病的新生儿实施治疗的临床效果进行研究。方法随机将新生儿气胸患儿84例分为两组。对照组行常规治疗，治疗组采用胸腔闭式引流与高频振荡通气技术联合治疗，对比治疗效果。结果治疗组患儿气胸疾病治疗总时间短于对照组；气胸疾病治疗效果优于对照组。结论应用胸腔闭式引流与高频振荡通气技术联合对患有气胸疾病的新生儿实施治疗的临床效果较好。
