心理护理在蛛网膜下腔出血围手术期的应用价值

摘要

目的：分析心理护理应用在蛛网膜下腔出血围手术期的价值。方法将我院治疗的142例蛛网膜下腔出血患者，分为对照组71例（常规护理）和观察组71例（常规护理+心理护理），应用SDS量表和SAS量表评价患者心理状态，对比组间心理评分的差异性。结果入院时，两组患者心理状态评分对比，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；手术前观察组患者SDS、SAS评分显著低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论心理护理有利于改善蛛网膜下腔出血患者的心理状态，避免不良情绪的出现。%Objective To analyze the value of the application of psychological nursing in the perioperative period of subarachnoid hemorrhage.Methods 142 cases of subarachnoid hemorrhage in our hospital were treated with the method, divided into 71 cases of the control group (conventional care) and observation group of 71 cases (conventional care + psychological care), Evaluation of mental status of patients with SDS scale and SAS scale, the difference of psychological score between groups. ResultsThe psychological state of the two groups were compared after admission, the difference was not statistically signiifcant (P>0.05); The SDS and SAS scores of the patients in the observation group were signiifcantly lower than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing is beneficial to improve the psychological status of patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage, avoid the appearance of bad mood.
