不同疗程含铋剂四联用药根除幽门螺杆菌临床疗效观察

Objective Research of different period of esomeprazole, clarithromycin, amoxicillin and bismuth pectin quadruple medication to eradicate Helicobacter pylori eradication rate.Methods 80 cases of patients with helicobacter pylori infection were randomly divided into two groups, 40 cases in each group, two groups were given esso beauty pull azole magnesium enteric-coated metformin hydrochloride 20 mg, colloidal bismuth pectin, amoxicillin capsule, clarithromycin, 2 times a day. a set of treatment for 10 days; Group B treatment for 14 days.End of all the subjects in the course of at least 4 weeks after the review of14C urea breath test, the result is negative as H.p ylori eradicated.ResultsA group of eradication rate was 67.5%, B group of eradication rate was 80%.Conclusion Therapy for helicobacter pylori eradication rate 14 days is better than 10 days of treatment. But the P value=0.35, no statistical difference, in the clinical treatment of helicobacter pylori infection should be preferred when 14 day course of treatment.%目的：研究不同疗程埃索美拉唑、克拉霉素、阿莫西林及果胶铋四联用药根除幽门螺杆菌的根除率。方法选择我院幽门螺杆菌现症感染的患者80例，随机分为A、B两组各40例，两组均给与埃索美拉唑镁肠溶片、胶体果胶铋、阿莫西林胶囊、克拉霉素，每日2次口服。A组治疗10 d；B组治疗14 d。所有受试者于疗程结束至少4周后复查14C尿素呼气实验，结果为阴性者视为H. pylori根除。结果 A组根除率67.5%，B组根除率80%。结论14 d疗程对幽门螺杆菌根除率优于10 d疗程，临床治疗幽门螺杆菌感染时应首选14 d疗程。
