中医综合治疗哮喘

摘要

目的：探讨支气管哮喘采用中医综合治疗的临床效果。方法按照随机数字表法，将110例支气管哮喘患者分为研究组（中医综合治疗）与对照组（常规治疗）。对比两组治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果研究组、对照组临床总有效率分别为87.3%、65.5%，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；所有患者均未出现明显不良反应。结论在支气管哮喘患者的临床治疗过程中，采用中医综合治疗的效果显著。%Objective To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined treatment of bronchial asthma.Methods According to the random number table method, 110 patients with bronchial asthma were divided into study group (traditional Chinese Medicine) and control group (conventional therapy). The treatment effect and adverse reaction were compared between two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group and the control group were 87.3% and 65.5% respectively, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). All patients had no signiifcant adverse reactions.Conclusion In the course of clinical treatment of bronchial asthma patients, the effect of the comprehensive treatment of traditional Chinese medicine is significant, it is worthy of popularization and application.
