改良胃管在急性呼吸窘迫综合征患者吸痰中的应用效果

摘要

Objective To explore the application effect of modiifed gastric tube in sputum aspiration of ARDS patients. Methods 16 cases of ARDS patients with indwelling gastric tubes in ICU wards of our hospital from May 2011 to May 2015 were selected, all patients were given the modiifed suction tube, to observe the clinical efifcacy.Results After all patients with modiifed gastric suctioning, 11 cases (68.75%) were cured, 4 cases (25.00%) were effective, 1 cases (6.25%) were ineffective, the total effective rate was 93.75% (15/16), sputum suction effect is signiifcant.Conclusion The modified suction tube can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of ARDS patients and improve the therapeutic effect.%目的：探讨改良胃管在ARDS患者吸痰中的应用效果。方法选取我院2011年5月～2016年5月ICU病房收治的16例ARDS留置胃管患者为研究对象，所有患者均采用改良胃管吸痰，观察其临床疗效。结果所有患者采用改良胃管吸痰后，治愈11例（占68.75%），有效4例（占25.00%），无效1例（占6.25%），治疗总有效率为93.75%（15/16），吸痰效果显著。结论改良胃管吸痰能有效的改善ARDS患者的临床症状，提高治疗效果，具有重要的应用价值。
