果酸治疗面部轻-中度寻常性痤疮效果观察

摘要

目的：观察果酸治疗面部轻-中度寻常性痤疮的疗效。方法将2013年12月～2015年12月160例面部轻-中度寻常性痤疮患者随机分为观察组与对照组，每组各80例，观察组患者采用果酸进行治疗，每2周治疗1次，治疗4次共8周；对照组给予0.1%阿达帕林凝胶外用治疗，每晚1次，共治疗8周。治疗结束后，观察两组疗效，随访2个月观察复发情况。结果观察组的疗效显著高于对照组，复发率显著低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（均P＜0.05）。结论治疗面部轻-中度寻常性痤疮，果酸疗效显著且复发率低。%Objective To explore of acid in the treatment of facial mild to moderate acne vulgaris.Methods160 cases from December 2013 to December 2015 of facial mild to moderate acne vulgaris were selected and divided into observation group and control group, 80 cases in each group. In observation group, cases were taken acid for once two weeks and continue 8 weeks, the total is 4 times. In control group, the cases were taken 0.1% adapalene gels every night and continue 8 weeks. After the treatment, the effect and recurrence were observed and compared. Results The effect in observation group was higher than control group and the recurrence was lower than control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of facial mild to moderate acne vulgaris, acid with effective effect and lower recurrence rate.
