综合护理干预在小儿麻疹护理中的效果分析

摘要

Objective To analyze the application of comprehensivenursing interventionmeasures of measlesin childhood effect, provide the basis for clinical nursing. Methods 100 cases of children with measles patients in our hospital from May 2014 to August 2015 in conifrmed cases, randomly divided into two groups for control group and experimental group, control group were given by routine nursing care, the experimental group implement comprehensive nursing intervention. Two groups of patients with nursing effect were analyzed. Results Less than the control group, experimental group patients hospitalized time and complications in patients than controls (P<0.05). They have statistical significance. Conclusion The data of measles in children patients with comprehensive nursing intervention, can effectively shorten the treatment time The rapid recovery of patients, it is worth promoting in clinical.%目的：分析综合护理干预措施对小儿麻疹护理的应用效果，为临床护理提供依据。方法选取我院2014年5月～2015年8月收治并已确诊的小儿麻疹患者100例，随机分成对照组与实验组，对照组患儿给予常规护理，实验组实行综合护理干预。对两组患儿护理的效果进行对比分析。结果实验组患儿住院时间少于对照组，且实验组患儿并发症发生率低于对照组（P＜0.05），差异具有统计学意义。结论对小儿麻疹患者实施综合护理干预，能够有效缩短治疗时间，减少并发症发生，使患儿快速恢复。
