目的：探讨细节护理在门诊老年静脉输液患者中的应用。方法将97例老年静脉输液患者随机分组，治疗组（n=49）应用细节护理，对照组（n=48）行常规护理，对比两组护理结果。结果治疗组输液风险事件发生率低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05），而护理满意度较对照组高，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论细节护理在门诊老年静脉输液患者中的应用效果肯定，值得借鉴。%Objective To investigate the details of the treatment at the outpatient elderly patients intravenous infusion applications. Methods 97 cases of elderly patients randomized to intravenous treatment group (n=49) details of the application of care control group (n=48) underwent routine care, comparing two groups of care results.
